Regarding Fallout 3, I have yet to play it as the copy I bought for X-Box 360 from ASDA tunerd out to be a PS3 version of Fallout 3 (but in an X-Box 360 case). As I was too apathetic to get it exchanged I maintain my boycott of Sony consoles following the whole Dreamcast scuppering faked demo chicanery (my PS2:TEST and a brief dalliance with a PSP aside) it sits unused. If anyone wants it, it’s going free (just leave a link to an an email address or Twitter account I can DM or something). On the topic of special editions, the Halo:Reach Collectors edition pack is pretty cool, not convinced about the dodgy statue with Legendary but I was pleasantly surprised (and engrossed with) the reasonably sized journal that is included.** Slightly more ambivalent about the actual game another incrementally improved version not quite as good as either Halo:CE or Halo 3:ODST in my mind, but better than 2 or 3. Not that anyone asked.

Agree the game has not received the level of support or development that would be expected
